French daredevil Remi Lucidi, known as “Remi Enigma” on Instagram, met a tragic fate last week while attempting a daring stunt on a Hong Kong skyscraper. The 30-year-old extreme sports enthusiast fell from the 68th floor of the 721-foot-tall Tregunter Tower, leaving the world in shock and disbelief.
According to reports from Sky News and the Independent, Remi Lucidi gained access to the Tregunter Tower by convincing a security guard that he was visiting a friend on the 40th floor. Undeterred by security, he managed to make his way to the top floor, where he encountered an unexpected obstacle.
Surveillance footage captured Lucidi exiting the elevator on the 49th floor and then proceeding up the staircase to the top floor, where he discovered a forced-open door. Somehow, he found himself trapped outside the building, with no means of re-entering.
In a desperate attempt to seek assistance, Lucidi spotted a maid inside one of the apartments and knocked on the window. The concerned maid promptly alerted the police, hoping to save the daredevil from his precarious situation.
Despite the timely response, fate had a different plan. As the police were on their way to rescue Lucidi, tragedy struck. He lost his footing and plummeted to his death from the towering height of the skyscraper.
His body and sports camera were discovered on a nearby patio, confirming the devastating outcome of his daring escapade. The news was met with sorrow and condolences from the global community of extreme sports enthusiasts who had followed Lucidi’s adventures with awe and admiration.

A source close to the investigation shared with The South China Morning Post, “It is possible that he got trapped outside the penthouse while practicing an extreme sport in the building, and he knocked on the window for help, but accidentally fell to his death.”
